Ages 13-14: Most teens in this range start in our Kids BJJ classes at 5:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. As they develop skills and maturity, we transition them into the adult classes. There's no arbitrary cutoff. We evaluate each student individually and make the move when they're ready.
Ages 15-17: Older teens typically train with the adults from the start. They attend our Fundamentals classes (Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 7:15 PM or Tuesday/Thursday at 6:00 PM) and progress into Advanced classes as their skills develop.
The transition from kids to adult classes is a rite of passage. When a teen earns their spot in the adult class, they know they belong there. They've proven they can handle the pace and responsibility of training alongside grown adults. That moment changes them.
We also have Saturday NoGi from 12:00 to 1:15 PM and Friday open mat from 6:00 to 7:00 PM for extra training.
